The Kirkendolls, jazzy blues and more, Sat Feb 24

Saturday Feb 24, 2018, at 8 pm, $10. A return visit by The Kirkendolls, a local band led by Mark Caruana on vocals and guitar, with Tom Shea on bass, Jamie Shea on guitar, and Mario Laquintana on drums. They play a mix of music from originals to jazzy re-arrangements to soulful blues. About half of their songs are originals by Mark Caruana, who was the guitar player for Big Rude Jake in Toronto through the 90s. Later he had his own jazz trio/quartet playing in the jazz clubs in Toronto to the early 2000s. He is now Hamilton-based.
