Jazz duo Alex Tomowich & Jesse Martel, Wed Mar 1, 2017

Wednesday March 1, 2017, at 8 pm, $5. Jazz duo Alex Tomowich (piano) and Jesse Martel (guitar) play a mixture of freely improvised jazz, as well as specially arranged jazz standards, and some jazz-based original compositions in multiple genres. Alex Tomowich is a jazz pianist studying music in the Applied Music program at Mohawk College and Jesse Martel is a jazz guitarist who graduated from the Applied Music program at Mohawk College. Together they have played various venues in Hamilton, as well as in Toronto and Dundas.
