A musical play written and directed by Ronald Weihs, based on interviews with people about their jobs and their lives. The play was workshopped in 1993 and presented first as a staged reading on December 12, featuring Scott Bell, Tracey Hoyt, James Kirchner, Catherine Smith, Rhonda Lee Stephenson and James Thomson.

Mama Says was given a full production running for three weeks in March, 1994. Tracey couldn't be in it because of other commitments (though we missed her terribly), and so we reallocated her characters among the others.

The set, designed and constructed by Sean Hanna and Michael Lam, integrated audience and performance spaces in a very inventive way.
