1989 and 1995-97
September 21 - October 22, 2005
Opening Reception: Wednesday, September 21, 4-7 pm
Caruso writes, "I am showing these works together because of
the continuity I see in them. In 1989, I could not foresee
the works of 1995-97. My paintings are about colour, its
interaction and interdependence. The ten paintings in this
exhibition show colour-shapes on a coloured canvas ground.
In them, I explore primary and complementary colour
relationships with irregular shapes on the canvas ground
which itself becomes a colour-shape."
