Theatre: Sky Gilbert’s “Hamilton Bus Stop”, Nov 18-21, 25-28
“Hamilton Bus Stop“, a new play written and directed by Sky Gilbert, will be performed at Artword Artbar, 15 Colbourne Street, Hamilton for a two-week run Nov 18 to 28. Tickets at the bar or reserve 905-543-8512.
The one-act play is a real life downtown Hamilton story about Cookie, a nice lady who makes catpins, and Retribution a male hooker, who meet, by chance, on a rainy afternoon in a bus stop in the Hammer core. How different are these two people? Can they even chat at all? Or do they, perhaps, have more in common than you might imagine?
